1.0 Privacy Policy

At Malpep we are committed to protecting our visitors’ privacy and we will not collect any personal information about you as a visitor unless you provide it voluntarily. Any personal information you communicate to us is kept within our own records in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Request transfer of your personal information in an electronic and structured form to you or to another party (commonly known as a right to “data portability”):- This permits you to electronically take your data from us and to be able to transfer your particulars to another party in the same electronically useable format.

Withdraw consent:- In the limited circumstances where you may have provided your agreement to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. When you fill the form on the “CONTACT US” , we use the personal information submitted in the form only to respond to your message. This personal information will not be kept longer than necessary and will be deleted once the feedback requirement is met.

  2. Contacting you in relation to the services being rendered or changed in the applicable services or laws. These communications are not made for marketing purposes and cannot be opted-out of;

  4. Malta Gaming Authority, Malta Financial Service Authority, Bank’s, Payment Processors, Curacao Authorities: we shall provide your information to the relevant agencies and corporations depending on the service requested;

  6. Customer Services communications: we use your data to manage our relationship with you as our customer and to improve our services and enhance your experience with us;
